Dr. Craig Broeder, renowned Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Director of the Clinical Exercise Physiology Program at Benedictine University believes that one of the most important aspects of staying fit and healthy for all generations is maintaining a consistent activity program. Daily exercise activity that allows you to monitor a person's improvement over time provides the best long-term benefits. Dr. Broeder believes that the next generation of fitness tools will include a combination of safe, fun, comfortable equipment and motivating software innovations such as the VCycling system.
